Ian Fraser boasts 35+ years of global mineral exploration leadership. His successes include exploration to development at Casa Berardi Gold Mine (Hecla Mining, PQ), Chief Geologist Komis Gold Mine (Waddy Lake Resources, SK), and Cisneros Gold Mine (in production, Antioquia Gold, Colombia SA). He also has a history as a consultant working for previous operators of all projects in the Fathom portfolio. As CEO, VP Exploration, Director relying on his 35+ years in the junior exploration space, he brings proven leadership, experience, and successes to the Company. Mr. Fraser holds a B.Sc. in Geology and a P.Geo. designation.
Doug Porter, CPA, CA, CBV
President, CFO, Director
Doug Porter is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years’ experience in business valuation, financial consulting and management of both private and public companies. He has been the CFO and/or director of several resource and service companies trading on the TSXV and CSE since 2006. He was the CFO of three companies whose liquidity event involved a sale to large industry players. Mr. Porter is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA-CPA) and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV).
John Morgan
Director
John Morgan, a senior mining executive, holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia. With over 35 years of experience, he has progressively managed domestic and international mining operations. His track record includes roles as Director at Grande Cache Coal and as a co-founder and executive at Atlantic Gold.

Eugene Chen, a Partner at McLeod Law LLP, has over 25 years of expertise as a securities, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions lawyer. His deep experience lies in advising emerging and growth-oriented companies on corporate finance, securities, and mergers & acquisitions at both national and international levels.

Mark Cummings is a seasoned senior executive with hands-on proficiency in operations, HR, corporate governance, and general management. Currently the Chief Executive Officer of Zavida Coffee Co., a BDG Capital portfolio company, Mr. Cumming’s expertise is underscored by his extensive experience and leadership roles.
Alan Coutts
Director, Advisory Commitee
Alan Coutts is a professional geologist with more than 35 years of domestic and international mining experience across a range of commodities. He is the former President and CEO of Ring of Fire developer, Noront Resources, which was sold to Wyloo Metals in 2022. Post transaction Alan was an Advisory Board Member with Wyloo 2022-2024. Prior to Noront Alan held several positions with Falconbridge Limited / Xstrata in Australia and Canada: notably, Managing Director Australasia (2008-2013), General Manager Brunswick No.12 Mine (2003-2008), General Superintendent Raglan Nickel Mine (1999-2003). Alan joined the Fathom Nickel Inc. Board of Directors July 2025 and was appointed to the CopperCorp Resources Inc. Board of Directors in August 2025. Alan is a graduate; B.Sc. Honours, from the University of Alberta and holds a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) designation in the province of Ontario.
Peter C. Lightfoot, PhD, P.Geo.

Dr. Peter Lightfoot has spent 20 years as a geologist with Inco – Vale and 10 years running Lightfoot Geoscience Inc. his private consulting company. Peter served as Chief Geologist with Inco – Vale 1996-2016; Vale Base Metals is one of the four largest mining companies in the world, where he led exploration teams and oversaw geologic evaluation in Canada, Greenland, Scandinavia, Finland, China, India, Australia, Brazil, Angola, South Africa, and the U.S. Peter was a member of a team that made major discoveries in every one of Vale’s Ni-Cu sulfide camps in Canada; notably Voisey’s Bay, and Brazil. Prior to Inco – Vale Peter was a Geoscientist with the Ontario Geological Survey (1987-1996). Peter received his B.A. from Oxford, his M.Sc. from the University of Toronto, and his Ph.D. from the Open University (U.K.) He completed post-doctoral studies at the University of Toronto and undertook extensive research on the geology and geochemistry of the Noril’sk ore deposits during his tenure as an Adjunct Professor at University of Toronto. Peter is presently Adjunct Professor, Department of Earth Sciences, University of Western Ontario, a position he has held since 2017.
Vanessa Beach, B.Sc.

Vanessa is a geologist with over 20 years of exploration experience. Vanessa worked for Inco 2004-2008 (Thompson and Sudbury operations) and while at Inco gained a very good understanding of the Thompson Nickel Belt, the Sudbury Basin and participated in field trips to the Noril’sk magmatic nickel sulphide deposits Siberia, and Jinchuan China. Vanessa has been employed by TerraLogic Exploration since 2018 and through TerraLogic Exploration Inc. she has served the role of Project Manager for Fathom’s exploration programs at the Albert Lake and Gochager Lake projects (2021-present). At TerraLogic, Vanessa oversees industry best-practices for data collection, QAQC management and is an expert in GIS and 3D modelling of geological models integrating historic data with current technology; a skill that has been applied directly to Fathom’s projects. Vanessa is a graduate, B.Sc. honours, from the University of British Columbia.

TerraLogic Exploration Inc. is a Cranbrook, BC based dynamic and innovative mineral exploration consulting company. Driven by discovery, TerraLogic has provided Fathom with a full spectrum of exploration services at the Albert Lake and Gochager Lake projects since 2021. The TerraLogic team has collaborated with Fathom Management and Technical Advisors in the design of, and execution of Fathom’s methodical exploration programs at both projects.
