¹ – The Saskatchewan Mineral Deposit Index (SMDI) reports mineral reserves for the Rottenstone deposit, the Gochager Lake and Borys Lake deposits. Fathom cannot confirm the mineral reserves, nor the parameters and methods used to prepare the mineral reserve estimates for these deposits. The estimates are not NI43-101 compliant, are deemed as historic mineral reserves. Verifying the historic mineral reserve of the Rottenstone deposit is not possible as part of the deposit has been mined. Fathom has conducted drilling at the Gochager Lake deposit; however, more drilling is required to verify the historic Gochager Lake mineral resource. More drilling is required at Borys Lake to verify this historic mineral resource.

² – Drillhole mineralized intercepts, intervals (length) reported in meters are not true thickness but drillhole thickness. There is insufficient data in historical archives, and Fathom drilling performed to date to determine true thicknesses of mineralization defined to date at the Albert Lake and Gochager Lake projects.
